lyrics
I saw you smiling
From the corner of your mouth
In the corner of my eye
(You didn't know that it was there)
But I hope that you appreciate
The fact you were appreciating
One who "did not see"
And so you did not care
But you were
Caught in an unguarded moment
You didn't know it would show
But you were
Caught in an unguarded moment
Your incognito went right
Out of the window
I saw a young man standing
On a crowded bar room floor
He was getting less and less
Thinking he was getting more
And when all at once
He heard a sound
Exploding from the stage
He was taken unaware
And with no time to prepare
For he was
Caught in an unguarded moment
He wasn't ready to go
But he was
Caught in an unguarded moment
He had no time to say "No"
I saw a young girl fly
Over a rocky mountain brink
She had had too much to drink
She did not have time to think
But it was far more than just her car
That flew out of control
She had gone over the edge
Long before she'd lost her soul
And she was
Caught in an unguarded moment
Her fate was inappropos
But she was
Caught in an unguarded moment
She's been a pleasure to know
But she was
Caught in an unguarded moment
She made a brief cameo
But she was
Caught in an unguarded moment
Something she could not foreknow
And she was
Caught in an unguarded moment
All fall down like dominoes
And now she's
Caught in an unguarded moment
Eternal sorrow and woe

Fantastic album/CD with great instrumentation and vocals. Also an inspiration listening to the lyrics. Excellent recording quality as well.
I give this my 5 Coconuts!

I’ve loved The Lost Dogs since “Scenic Routes”, but my absolute favorite albums are “Little Red Riding Hood” and “The Green Room Serenade Part One”. Big fan of Daniel Amos/Swirling Eddies, Adam Again, The Choir and The 77s, but when everyone came together there was some special kind of magic. RIP Gene Eugene, songs like “Jimmy”, “Dunce Cap” and “Waiting For You to Come Around” really impacted me heavily back then, and they still do today. Great job, guys. Please make mo sdbguitars
